I am not a professional photographer, but I fell in love with the art of capturing images since 1978 when I bought my first camera, and since then I have not stopped capturing my vision of the world and people.
In the meantime, I have photographed people and places on almost every continent on the planet. I lived in Europe for almost 10 years and have made countless shorter trips to various other places.
As photography is not my profession (I am an engineer and have worked almost all my professional life in the commercial area of various companies), I have no intention of getting rich from this activity, for me it is a pleasure to have the opportunity to record moments and people.

One day I was exhibiting at a trade show when a photographer hired by another exhibiting company started looking at the photos I had taken throughout the event. He asked me what company I was working for.
He was surprised when I replied that this was just my hobby...
His final comment was:
You are taking your hobby very seriously, I know several professionals who would have difficulty capturing the images you have on your camera and they are well paid for that....
